Meet Steve
SteVE ROBLIN, BROKER
Steve Roblin is a real estate Broker with Judy Marsales Real Estate Group, partnered with Royal LePage State Realty. Helping clients buy and sell in Hamilton and the surrounding communities since 2009, Steve combines local knowledge, thoughtful preparation and strong negotiation skills with a personal, hands-on approach.
Steve believes great service starts with clear communication and honest advice. From preparing a home for market to evaluating a purchase, he works closely with each client to develop a plan that reflects their goals, timeline and priorities. His experience includes residential and commercial real estate, income properties and investment opportunities.
A McMaster University graduate with a Bachelor of Kinesiology, Steve also earned a teaching degree from Edith Cowan University in Western Australia. Before returning to Hamilton to begin his real estate career, he travelled and worked internationally and owned and operated a Toronto-based travel company.

We feel so fortunate to have had Steve as our Realtor. We felt very vulnerable at the start of this process, mostly with having a lack of knowledge about the market values of homes. How do we know if something is above value? below? what's a fair/reasonable price for a similar home in neighbourhood x vs y? Most of us, especially those of us living in a different city, have to rely on our realtor to help answer these questions, and thats difficult when that person is someone you just met and you know will be collecting a commission on the sale. To me, this means that the ideal Realtor is someone with experience, honesty, and integrity. And I felt that Steve exhibited these characteristics throughout the many ups and downs and stressful moments of this process. I never felt pushed or coerced, and always felt that Steve was providing me with honest, practical information. After interviewing a few real estate agents, we decided to go with Steve because he had a well thought out plan on how to find us a home that would accommodate our many needs. We had been away from Ontario since 1993, so being unfamiliar with what the area had to offer, our search parameters was huge. Eventually, Steve worked with us to narrow down exactly where we wanted to live, which was no small task. Steve conducted himself with integrity, has great communication skills, was always available, and is a hard worker. We never felt pressured to rush into a purchase and we had many conversations of which homes would and would not work for us. Once we moved into our new house, Steve did a great job selling our vacation condo. We have bought and sold many homes, and Steve is the best of the bunch.
