While listing inventory is an important metric,\u00a0buyer demand is also extremely important<\/u>.\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0ACTIVE<\/u>\u00a0listing inventory continues to be at near all-time low levels.\u00a0 I stress the word \u201cactive\u201d because for most months of 2021 we actually saw a record number of new listings when compared to the past 10 year averages.<\/p>\n
