{"id":5718,"date":"2020-04-04T12:35:21","date_gmt":"2020-04-04T16:35:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/steveroblin.com\/?p=5718"},"modified":"2020-04-04T12:35:21","modified_gmt":"2020-04-04T16:35:21","slug":"hamilton-and-burlington-spring-market-forecast","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/steveroblin.com\/hamilton-and-burlington-spring-market-forecast\/","title":{"rendered":"Hamilton and Burlington &#8211; Spring Market &#8220;forecast&#8221;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I hope everyone is staying healthy, safe and sane. <span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>I know that real estate might not be on the top of your mind right now, but I am get to give you a quick update on the real estate market for spring 2020<\/p>\n<p>If you know anyone out there that saw this coming, have them buy you (and me) a lottery ticket.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Even though these are unprecedented times with information and updates coming hourly the point of this video is to answer some questions I know some of my clients have on their mind right now.<\/p>\n<p><b>MARKET;<\/b><\/p>\n<p>As winter was drawing to a close the market was heating up &#8211; a very strong sellers market.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>However as March ended, spring arrived sales have slowed down.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>What a change a few weeks can make.<\/p>\n<p>It is not just the real estate world that has been turned upside down it is THE WORLD that has been turned upside down by Covid-19<\/p>\n<p>In terms of further forecasting there is not a one size fits all answer.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>There are many unique circumstances and each have to be treated their own way. \u00a0I am here to help.<\/p>\n<p>Keep in mind even in a more traditional, non-pandemic market, we as Realtors have never had the ability to guarantee any of our market predictions.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>They are educated best guesses.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>One thing that remains constant is that I will always give you the best advice for your specific situation.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>And it will be fluid, it will be dynamic as it always is. <span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>It will be tailored to your criteria and timeline and will be educated and informed with the latest data we have available. This will be updated as we move forward along through the process.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Just like it always should be.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Lets make this a great time to increase your market knowledge and real estate education.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>I have extra time in my hands, you have extra time on your hands.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Lets go through the offer process and paperwork, Lets run through the simulation so that when the time is right your knowledge has increased and you will be in a better position to hit the ground running<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>BUYERS<\/b>:<\/p>\n<p>-You are not alone, there are still lots of people out there that do still need to and do still want to buy. <span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>-There is no information out there from the banks that indicate that prices are falling<\/p>\n<p>-There is a good opportunity to buy.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Not necessarily that homes will be cheaper, but there may be less competition out there (less of a buying pool)<\/p>\n<p>-I will work with, following public health guidelines and utilizing incredible technology to help guide you through the process<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>SELLERS:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>-To successfully sell your home, you do not need 10 people to give you an offer &#8211; You need one. <span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>-Things are still selling.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>There is still competition for listings.<\/p>\n<p>-There are qualified buyers out there right now.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Buyers who are giving solid offers and prices Sellers are happy with<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; I can provide \u201cno-contact\u201d opinion of values utilizing technology and keeping us both safe<\/p>\n<p>-Could your buyer out there right now?
